These vital nutrients are important for  reducing the risk of heart stroke. Along with raspberries you can try some other berries such as, Blackcurrant, blueberries and strawberries.

Chickpeas-Lentils and other legumes are the rich sources of soluble fibers. This kind of soluble fibers help you lower your ‘bad cholesterol'. If you go for canned beans find out the ones with very less or no Sodium content.
